PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform it to the user that a mobile terminal is being restricted or the restriction is released by informing a content of restriction information to an operator of the mobile terminal in the case that other communication equipment sends the restriction information to the terminal. SOLUTION: In the case that a mobile terminal possessed by the user is an object of restriction, it is informed to the mobile terminal that the terminal is an object of restriction, and when the restriction to the mobile terminal is released, it is informed to the mobile terminal that the restriction is released. The restriction information is call restriction information denoting it that a call operation from a mobile terminal is disable and information denoting position registration restriction under which the mobile terminal cannot make position registration. The mobile terminal preferably has a display means and displays the restriction content. Moreover, presence of the restriction is desirably outputted in sound or in voice. The procedure above is applicable to the processing of restriction release information. |
