PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a work flow management system to grasp the state of electronic information generating and editing operation altogether and to easily recover the work flow management system from communication line or equipment trouble by performing batch control over electronic information and batch control over the grasping of the progress state of respective pieces of electronic information. SOLUTION: An operation registration and extraction part 101, a computer 102 equipped with an electronic information file 103 which contains electronic information and can be shared among processes, and electronic information editing parts 106 to 109 are connected by a communication line. Namely, the electronic information file 103 and an electronic information managing mechanism 1021 are provided and electronic information can be shared among the processes. Consequently, the need to sequentially pass electronic information among the operation processes is eliminated and it is not necessary to copy and pass electronic information to processes in parallel. When the work flow management system in trouble is restored, the version of electronic information and the state of system trouble can easily be grasped. |
