A tempering pouch (1) is claimed for the heat treatment of laminated elements (5), and comprises two envelopes elaborated from a tissue of synthetic fibres covered with a hot vulcanisable elastomer. At least one of the walls (3) facing the laminated element (5) incorporates some pressing devices (4) implanted in a staggered manner from the centre towards the periphery of the internal wall (3) of the envelope, in order to exert a progressive pressing effort on the laminated element (5).
