The container, particularly for drinks, containing the cover (5), in which there is created the closed line (6) of the weaken ing, determining the edge of the lid (7) and an equivalent openin g (8), and the lever (10), connected with the lid (7) and manuall y operable, to tear off the part of the lid (5) along the line of the weakening and the lid (7) was removed from the wall of the c ontainer, whilst the container contains the flexible reed (9), wh ich normally fits to the outer surface of the lid (5) and has one end (9a) fixed to the lever (10) and to the lid (7) and the seco nd end (9b) fixed to the outer surface of the lid (5) of the cont ainer, separately from the lid, and on which in consequence of ma nual removing of the lid from the wall of the container the reed may take bend arrangement, in which the attached lid is in the po sition, in which it does not gear with the opening (8), whilst th ere are made retentive devices (15, 19, 20) to keep the reed in t he bend arrangement, where the reed has at least two preformed li nes (13, 14) of the bend, determining the first sector, connected with the lid (5) and the second sector connected with the lever (10) and the middle sector, placed between the first and the seco nd sectors, whilst the preformed lines (13, 14) of the bend are a rranged in the way that in the bend arrangement of the reed (8) t he middle sector lies between the first and the second sector.
