PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically recover sewage in water by natural energy by disposing an inlet pipe at the side face of a tank, and pumping up the sewage, which flows into the tank having a float formed at the upper face thereof, by a piston driven by wind power so as to drain it outside. SOLUTION: When the lower portion of a device is positioned in water, water or sewage flows into a tank 1 through an inlet pipe 14 positioned in the water, so that air inside the tank 1 is elevated inside a suction cylinder 3 via a valve to be drained outside through a drain pipe 9. A float 2 is disposed at the upper face of the tank 1, and is held in a suitable position by its buoyancy. When a rotor 5 is rotated with application of wind power to wind receivers attached at the outer ends of the rotor 5, a rotating plate is rotated owing to a change of a rotating direction by combination of bevel gears inside a converter 4, so that a piston 13 is moved vertically via a crank mechanism. At the time of an elevating motion of the piston 13, the sewage staying inside the tank 1 is sucked up to be drained through the drain pipe 9. |
