WORK EXECUTION METHOD FOR ROLLER COATING OF NATURAL-STONE-LIKE COATING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working execution method for natural-stone-like coating material as being capable of applying roller coating with almost no splash of coating material and developing a natural stone feeling without extra labor. SOLUTION: Base coating material containing 5-80wt.% aggregate with average particle sizes of 0.1-1.0mm in synthetic resin emulsion paint is applied on a base material. Natural stone type coating material in which 100-100 pt.wt. coloring aggregate and natural stones with average particle sizes of 5μm-1.0mm to 100 pt.wt. synthetic resin emulsion solids are incorporated is applied thereto with a roller brush. If the composition rate of the natural stone type coating material to the coloring aggregate and the natural stones is 5:1-1:5, specially excellency workability and workmanship are shown.
