PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having high ameliorating effect on dirty blood, namely high effect having dense blood and high viscosity and improving conditions having bad fluidity by including Enkianthus perulatus as a main ingredient. SOLUTION: This composition contains Enkianthus perulatus as a main ingredient. The grass is preferably used by extracting whole grass of Enkianthus perulatus with water or a lower alcohol under heating and powdering the extract so as to make administrable form. Combined use of Enkianthus perulatus and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza which is a labiate is preferable because of large ameliorating effect on dirty blood. Further, Mucunae caulis, root of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen, Crateagi fructus, Curcumae rhizoma, Cinnamonome cortex, Zingiberis rhizoma, Citri leiocarpae exocarpium and Ginseng radix can be formulated. Enkianthus perulatus is preferably formulated in an amount of >=40wt.% and Salvia miltiorrhiza is preferably formulated in an amount of <=15wt.%. Other components such as root of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen and Crateagi fructus are each formulated in an amount of <=10wt.%. Furthermore, the composition has effects on increase of cerebral blood flow, blood lipid, etc., and can safely be administered. |
