METHOD FOR CONVERTING ORGANIC WASTE INTO RESOURCES AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems resulting from the incineration and discard of org. waste and to produce inexpensive H2 usable in the synthesis of NH3 by this method. SOLUTION: The gas obtained by the two-step gasification of org. waste (a) is submitted to CO conversion to produce H2 which is used to synthesize ammonia by this method for converting org. waste into resources. The gasification combines low-temp. gasification and high-temp. gasification. A fluodized-bed gasification furnace is used in the low-temp. gasification and a melting furnace in the high-temp. gasification. The fluidized bed of the furnace is controlled to 450-650 deg.C and the freeboard to 600-850 deg.C to gasify the waste. The waste is burned at >=1300 deg.C in the melting furnace to gasify the char and tar and to melt the ash into molten slag capable of being discharged from the furnace bottom.
