PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a powder food material with excellent compatibility, liquid dispersibility and moisture holding property in the mixed state capable of being mixed in any processed food and used by not generating bitterness accompanying roasting, oxidization, turning to β and the destruction of nutritious components. SOLUTION: After water is contained in a grain kind or a bean kind to be a crashing material(M), it is turned to α by successively and continuously imparting a heating/agitating action and a steaming/drying action under a vacuum condition and the crashing material(M) turned to α in a dry state is pulverized into fine particles whose average diameter is less than about 30 microns while continuously performing a cooling action. |
