PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the working process and reduce the working man-hour and working time, by forming an exterior wall finishing sheet stuck on the outdoor side face of an exterior wall of a building by laminating a base material stuck on the outdoor side face of the exterior wall, a flexible and elastic layer, and a weatherproof finishing layer. SOLUTION: A joint material 5 is stuck astride the joint 3 between adjacent faces 2b of an exterior members 2 such as exterior wall boards and finishing sheets 12 forming the outdoor face of the building are stuck on the surface of the joint material 5 and the surface 2a of the exterior member 2 through an adhesive layer 11. A base material 12a made of nonwoven cloth such as felt made of polyester synthetic resin having anticorrosiveness, heat-resistance, chemicals-resistance, etc., a flat layer 12b (elastic layer) in which an acrylic elastic paint is applied on the base material 12a, and a finishing layer on which an acrylic multi-color painted layer 12d is laid on a patterned layer 12c coated with a stucco pattern or the like, are laminated to form the finishing sheet 12. The acrylic elastic paint is made flat to form a thickness of 200-250μm and made thicker than the base material 12a.
