<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict intrusion of heat even though a pipe fitting is installed in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: The space in a double tube structure is evacuated to produce heat insulated pipe, and from connecting flanges 17 and 37 to be connected with two joint parts of the pipes, one pipe of a smaller outside diameter is protruded with a male side end face plate 12 formed at the tip while the other pipe of a larger inside diameter, inserted with the thinner pipe, with a female side end face plate 32 formed in the inner most part, and a face seal 511 is pinched at the end faces of the end face plates, and thus connection is established. Bellows 18 and 19 are furnished. The end face plates are made of a material having a good thermal conductivity.</p> |
