This device is destined to be fastened to the jar close to opening region provided by a marked zone for cutting that is destined to permit said jar to be opened when used for the first time. This device comprises: a peripheral element (5), secured to the jar close to the opening region; - a cap (6), destined to reversibly seal said opening region; when it is operated to break the vacuum region in the marked zone, said lever being constituted of two parts: - a first part (10) destined to break the marked zone (3) that defines the vacuumed region (2) to allow the efficient opening of the jar; and a second part (11) after being operated in corporation with the first part to perforate a hole marked for cutting destined to serve as an air inlet and also provided near the opening zone.
