Disclosed is a dual tube system, specially for heating, sanitary, cooling and industrial processing purposes, wherein the dual tubes and the pertaining connector element are all made of a single piece of plastic and consist of a core tube (29), an outer tube (30) and spaced centering rods (25). The dual tube pieces in both the outer tube (30) and the core tube (29) are stepped on the front sides, forming coupling sleeves (23) or connection shanks (24) along the perimeter of said tubes. Said steps correspond to the steps on the other end or on another dual tube so that the dual tubes can be inserted into each other and can be stuck to each ot her, forming smooth junctions arise on both the inside and outside of the walls. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said system and to tools for the implementation thereof. |
