<p>Knee support comprises a structured stretch fabric (2) in a generally rectangular shape. The fabric is stretched around a shock absorbing padding, that is next to the patellar. A central recess is at both sides flanked by two lateral locking and fixing straps (8-a,8-b and 9-a,9-b) positioned in relation to each other. Contact bonding strips (19-a,19-b and 20-a,20-b) give a locking action on ribbon sections to hold the support in place. Each pocket (16) for the joint has a system (5) to secure the wound bandage (4) across it.</p> |
