PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect electric components against corrosion and to keep electrical safety by providing a cover for covering the electric components at the lower part of a coolant pipe and making a water channel for introducing drain to a drain pan in the cover thereby preventing the drain from dripping onto the electric component. SOLUTION: In the air-conditioner, a heat-exchanger and a fan 13 are arranged in a body casing having an air suction port and an air blowout port. A drain pan 14 is arranged below the heat-exchanger and electric components including the motor 11 for a fan 13 are arranged on one side in the body casing along with a coolant pipe 12 being coupled with the heat-exchanger. A cover for covering the electric components is provided at the lower part of the coolant pipe 12 and a water channel for introducing drain to the drain pan 14 is made in the cover 1. Since drain dripping from the coolant pipe 12 is introduced to the drain pan 14 along the water channel, the drain does not drip onto the electric component 11 which can thereby be protected against corrosion. |
