摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optimum power steering control by providing a detecting means for detecting steering torque, and a low speed comparing part and a high speed comparing part comprising an electrode and a brush displaced according to the output of a detecting means for detecting additional torque of an assist motor, and selecting both parts according to the car speed. SOLUTION: The above device includes a first detecting means 20 for detecting steering torque and a second detecting means 30 for detecting additional torque of an assist motor. A comparing means 40 comprises a low speed comparing part 41 and a high speed comparing part 42, and according to a signal from a car speed detecting means, a car speed switch is change-overed to select either the low speed comparing part 11 or the high speed comparing part 42. The low speed comparing part 41 comprises a first electrode and a first brush, the first electrode is moved according to the displacement of a sleeve of the first detecting means 20, and the first brush is displaced according to a detection signal of the second detecting means 30. The high speed comparing part 42 comprises a second electrode and a second brush, and the second electrode is displaced for the same distance as that of the first electrode 1.</p>
