PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sound source position by utilizing a time difference at the time when a sound from the same sound source arrives at a plurality of microphones. SOLUTION: Microphones 1-3 are arranged at three vertices of a triangle in a specific shape. A sound signal detection means 4 detects the time when a sound generated by one sound source is captured by each of the microphones 1-3 as a sound detection time. A time difference measurement means 5 measures the arrival time difference of sound to each of three sets of microphone pairs obtained by combining each two of the microphones 1-3 based on the sound detection time for each microphone. A sound source position calculation means 6 calculates a sound source position from the positions of the microphones 1-3 and the arrival time difference of sound for each microphone pair. A camera control means 7 controls the direction and the amount of zoom of the camera so that the camera captures a sound source in a specific size based on the sound source position information that is calculated by the sound source position calculation means 6.
