PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate not generating stain at a non-image line part, excellent in image uniformity and printing durability and capable of being produced by perfect dry processing, and to produce the planographic printing plate. SOLUTION: This planographic printing plate is characterized by that the image part formed on a support having a hydrophilic or oil-repelling layer on its surface by thermal transfer is reinforced by an oleophilic curable image receiving material and produced by forming the image part on the support having the hydrophilic or oil-repelling layer on its surface by thermal transfer and selectively applying the oleophilic curable image reinforcing material to the image part and curing the curable image reinforcing material at least by either one of heat and light. A planographic printing plate producing apparatus has a mechanism performing the formation of an image to the support having the hydrophilic or oil-repelling layer on its surface by thermal transfer, the application of the oleophilic curable image reinforcing material to the image and the curing of the curable image reinforcing material at least by either one of heat and light by a series of processes.
