PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the notice of a question request and the communication of video and audio with simple system configuration at low communication cost by using UUI information of an INS network, notifying the question request from a trainee station to a lecturer station and also using the INS network for the up direction from the trainee station to the lecturer station. SOLUTION: The down direction from the lecturer station 100 to the trainee stations 200, 300 is performed by satellite communication. The question request from the trainee stations 200, 300 is notified to the lecturer station by using the UUI information of the INS network, and by allowing a question from the lecturer station 100, the lecturer station is connected with the trainee station that the question is allowed, and the video and audio of the trainee station are notified to the lecturer station 100. The lecturer station 100 inputs a lecturer video from a camera 1 to a CODEC 104 for satellite, and inputs a transmission audio from a microphone 2 to the CODEC 104. Then, the video and audio signals coded by the CODEC 104 for satellite are transmitted by a satellite equipment 105. |
