PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incinerate industrial waste such as waste tire in a fertilizer and feed processor without generating a secondary environmental pollution at low cost and save resources. SOLUTION: In a furnace 1, lead included in tires, wheels and balancers is removed by using the rise of heat during incineration. Odor, smoke and dust generated from a rotary furnace 11 is supplied to a furnace 2 to remove the odor. In an incinerator, odor, smoke, and dust flowing from a furnace 5 to a hot air furnace 6 and raised to a hood 9 are bursted out from the lower side of a furnace 4 through a duct 10. A dust removing and deodorizing device 16 and a cooling tank 15 for washing sulfur produced at the time of incinerating waste tires dry the sulfur. Sulfur, dust, soot and odor are washed up from the cooling tank for cooling heat extended from the hot air furnace and used for drying by the dust removing and deodorizing device 16 in manufacturing organic fertilizer and feed. Purified drain is returned to the cooling tank from a drain supply passage 19 and its heat is reused for a device 18. |
