PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To waterproof an electronic unit disposed in the engine room of an automobile. SOLUTION: The containing box comprises an inner box 11 for containing an electronic control unit 20, an outer box 12 for containing the inner box 11 by opening a cooling air circulation space 22, and an upper cover 13 being applied to the outer box 12. A cover part 16 for closing an electronic control unit insertion port made in the upper surface of the inner box 11 is provided integrally with the inner box 11 through a thin hinge part 15, the upper cover 13 is fixed to the outer box 12 while surrounding the cover part 16 and the electronic control unit insertion port of the inner box 11 is surrounded by double wails of the cover part 16 and the upper cover 13. |
