<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the device which plans efficient maintenance in the whole facilities by calculating the maintenance cycle of a device which has become abnormal from abnormality information stored by devices and generating a maintenance plan from the maintenance cycle and the installation place, importance, and staff state of the abnormal device. SOLUTION: When a controller 2 detects abnormality occurring in a device 1, abnormality information is outputted to a data processor 5 through a communication device 3 and a communication network 4. The data processor 5 once inputting abnormality information from respective places rearranges the abnormality information by the places B and devices 1 and records the rearranged abnormality information as a data base in a storage device 6. Further, the data processor 5 statistically process the abnormality information on the places B and devices 1 in the data base to calculate and totalize maintenance cycles by the devices 1. Further, the best maintenance plan by which maximum efficiency can be obtained is automatically generated in consideration of the totalized maintenance cycles by the devices, and the states of the installation places, importance, and maintenance staff.</p> |
