PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to request the installation of an expensive communication terminal on a tenant and to accelerate customer invitation by transmitting order information to the tenant by using a facsimile(FAX). SOLUTION: When an electronic mall 3 is ordered by operating a customer's terminal 1, the contents of the order are stored in an order data file 16. An order notification control part 17 starts an imaging processing part 18 at suitable timing, reads out the order information of a part not notified from the file 16 to the tenant yet, edits the read information and informs of the image of a note of each tenant. The image of the note of each tenant is transmitted to a tenant side FAX equipment 4 through a FAX transmission control part 19. The FAX equipment 4 prints out a note 5. The tenant receiving the note 5 executes operation such as the preparation of a necessary commodity and the delivery of the commodity to a customer. |
