The arrangement has two housing parts (1,10). The first part (1) has a hermetically sealed inner chamber (2) in its wall (1a) and a sealed conduit channel (5). The second housing part (10) with a hermetically sealed inner chamber (12) in its wall (11) has a sealed conduit output (15). The first and second housing parts are welded together with a dividing wall (19) between them which separates their inner chambers (2,12) from each other. The conduit channel (5) and its output (15) lie next to each other on both sides of the dividing wall (19). The conduit channel (5) is arranged in a separate wall component (4) of the first housing part (1), which has an edge (7) on one side of the dividing wall (19). The conduit output (15) is arranged in a wall separating part (14) of the second housing part (10), with an edge (18) lying on the other side of the wall (19). The lengths of the two edges (7,18) match. At the dividing wall, the separate wall component lies over the wall separating part. A common weld seam or join (21) connects the separate component (4) to the first housing part (1) and the wall separating component (14) to the second housing part (10).
