PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyamines having various different characteristics and relatively high amine values by as many methods as possible. SOLUTION: This polyamine polymer is obtd. by reacting a carbon monoxide-1-alkane (pref. ethylene) linear alternating copolymer with ammonia or an amine represented by R-NH2 (wherein R is NH2 , OH, 1-10C alkyl, 6-20C aryl, 7-20C aralkyl, 7-20C alkaryl, or a 3-30C organosilicon group) or with a reagent which releases ammonia or the above-mentioned amine and then hydrogenating the resultant product. |
