Holder for tools and the like at perforated boards, with a plate like base (1) f or retaining tool carriers (4). According to the invention, the base is provided with a slot (9) extending downwards from the base center and terminating freely at the lower base end. The slot (9) extends through a cutout portion (10), into whi ch is inserted a twistable locking member (11) forming a claw (15) on the rear side of the base for co-operation with a ho le in the perforated board. By twisting and/ or displacement along the slot (9), the claw is provided to grasp behind an edge of said hole and secure the holder.
