<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bone resorption on an implant body - osseous tissue contact surface caused by a vibration of the implant body generated at the time of occlusion, an excessive displacement and an uneven distribution of the occlusion pressure, and an inflammation which continually generates on the implant surrounding tissue, from generating. SOLUTION: An implant body is constituted of a bone surface contact part 5 having a bone contact bed wherein curved surfaces having a carvature radius being as large as possible are used as much as possible, and a recessed part wherein a curved surface in parallel with the surface of the bone contact bed, is made the internal surface, and an occlusion pressure receptor 1, of which one part is located in the recessed part, and for which an inertial moment is reduced as much as possible, and both structures are connected by an elastic fiber-form structure, and between both structures, a pressure cushioning body comprising an elastic body and a non-viscous fluid or a viscous fluid, or a viscous elastic fluid 4, is inserted using a method such as encapsulating.</p> |
