摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a blade shock and a roll shock while maintaining sufficient breaking strength by setting a fusion-splicing rigidity ratio within a specific range. SOLUTION: The value of the fusion-splicing rigidity ratio K is set to 0.5 to 4. For a method for prescribing the fusion-splicing rigidity ratio K, a reference sample S2 is formed from a position of a photosensitive sheet where there is no fusion-spliced part. The width of the reference sample S2 is denoted as 2W and the length is represented as 4L. After the reference sample S2 is fixed projecting horizontally by length 2L, a vertical load is placed in the center of the projection part to curve the projection part. Then the vertical load F when the free end of the reference sample S2 is deflected from a horizontal position by a specific distance r2 is measured. When the vertical load F is placed in the center of the projection part to deflect the projection part, the ratio K of the distance r1 by which the free end of the reference sample deflects from the horizontal position and the distance r2 when the reference sample S2 is deflected is represented as r2 /r1 (where W=0.5 to 2.0mm, L=5W to 15W, r2 =0.3L to 1.0L).
