PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively repeat a transmit message only when it is indicated that a destination terminal station has not received the message by performing control so that a transceiver does not reproduce a unicast message when the destination terminal station has received the unicast message. SOLUTION: When a mobile station MS 120 functions as a source terminal station and sends a message for MS 121, a mobile station MS 122 functions as a selective relay. When the relay function of the mobile station MS 122 decides that there is some indication that MOS 121 has not received the message sent by the mobile station MS 120, the message sent by the mobile station MS 120 as a source terminal repeated. When the relay function of an access point AP 110 determines that there is some indication that MS 121 has not received the message sent by the mobile station MS 120, the message sent by the mobile station MS 120 is selectively repeated.
