PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore toner in which a foreign matter is not incorporated in substance or whose incorporating amount of the foreign matter is extremely small to a developing device so as to reuse it in the developing device by simple constitution by removing magnetic toner adhering to the surface of a transfer material carrier by magnetic force. SOLUTION: Since the magnetic toner is used as the toner T<1> constituting a toner image, the toner adhering to the surface of a transfer material carrying belt 6 is also the magnetic toner. This device is provided with a magnetic force cleaning means for a transfer material carrier 18 for removing the magnetic toner adhering to the surface of the transfer material carrier consisting of the belt 6 from the surface of the transfer material carrier by the magnetic force so that it may be opposed to the surface of the transfer material carrier. Then, the device is provided with a toner carrying means 23 carrying the magnetic toner removed from the surface of the transfer material carrier consisting of the belt 6 by the means 18 to the developing device 3 so that the magnetic toner may be reused in the device 3. |
