PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a back flow and prevent the development of complication by forming a stent into a cylindrical shape so as to have the elasticity and suspending a film body, which is formed of a flexible material and acts as a check-valve, from its part. SOLUTION: A stent main body 1 is constituted by forming a metal (including shape memory alloy) net body into a cylinder. An English knot net body is used for it. The surface of a material having a lot of small holes bored in its Teflon-based super-thin film is coated, rolled into a pipe, and formed into a film body 2. This is inserted in the stent main body 1 and the bottom end of the film body 2 is suspended longer than the stent main body 1 so as to be formed into a suspension part 2a. The top end is folded up and stacked with the edge of the top opening of the stent main body 1. The suspension part 2a of this film body 2 is functioned as a check-valve so as to prevent the development of complication such as the reflux esophagitis. |
