摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight, high-gain constitution by using syndyotactic polystyrene(SPS) which is lightweight and low in dielectric loss as a dielectric and to enhance mass-production by molding a radiation conductor and a ground contactor in contact at the same time, when the dielectric of SPS is molded by utilizing high contactness with metal. SOLUTION: A plate-type dielectric 1 is formed by injecting a material, obtained by mixing an approximately 15 to 30wt.% glass filler as a reinforcing agent with SPS which is crystalline resin having molecule structure having benzene rings which are arrayed regularly and alternately in three dimensions and has approximately 1.0 specific gravity and low dielectric loss of 0.001, into a metal mold. For this injection molding, a radiation conductor 2 and a ground conductor 3 formed of metal foil and a metal plate are set on the internal surface of the cavity of the metal mold and at the same time with the injection molding of the dielectric 1, the radiation conductor 2 and ground conductor 3 are molded in contact with the top and reverse surfaces of the dielectric 1 to increase the manufacture efficiency.
