<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the pedal mechanism of an upright piano which can be assembled easier than before. SOLUTION: The pedal mechanism is fixed on the top surface of a bottom plate 10 and equipped with a support base 14 where a couple of guide parts 12 are projected on the top surface side, a leaf spring 18 which is fixed in a cantilever state with a screw 16 between the top surface of the support base 14 and the guide part 12, a balance 20 which is mounted on the top surface side of the leaf spring 18, a pedal 24 which is coupled with one end of the balance 20 through a balance bolt 22, a projection elevation rod 26 mounted at the other end of the balance 20, etc. The balance 20 is only mounted on the support base 14, so it can be assembled very easily.</p> |
