PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the favorable blocking resistance and adhesion of a rubber sheet by a method wherein at least one of a front and a rear surfaces is made into a roughened surface equipped with a large number of small projections so as to have a specified surface roughness. SOLUTION: At least one side of a rubber sheet is made into a roughened surface equipped with a large number of small projections so as to have a surface roughness Rmax of 50-300μm. This manufacturing method is to vulcanize in piles of desired matrices or continuously one side or both the sides of unvulcanized rubber sheets or of an unvulcanized sheet. When a continuos vulcanizer is employed, the surface itself of a heated roll, the surface of which is worked by a shot blasting method so as to have a desired surface roughness, is employed as a matrix so as to feed the unvulcanized rubber sheet between a steel belt and the heated roll in order to continuously vulcanize the rubber sheet under the condition that the surface unevenness of the heated roller is transferred to the rubber sheet. As a result, no hard separation develops under the condition that a pressure is applied to the piled-up rubber sheets. In addition, when the rubber sheets are connected to each other through an adhesive, the separation strength between bond areas becomes stronger. As the rubber sheet, a sheet made of natural rubber or of various synthetic rubbers is employed. |
