PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of a sensor sensitivity and secure an operation with high reliability by engaging to a sensor case so that a movement restraint means can offset the turning force of the sensor case of a car body sensing means and constituting so as to restrain the movement of the sensor case, when the change of a prescribed speed or more is received. SOLUTION: When a car body sensing means 32 receives the change of a prescribed speed or more by a vehicular collision, a ball weight 33 is moved relatively on the sensor case 30 by an inertia force and pushes up the sensor arm 31. As a counter weight 34 rotates clockwise while being revolved around a support shaft 36 by the inertia force at this time, the counter weight 34 friction engaged to the sensor case 30 turns the sensor case 30 clockwise and the turning of the sensor case 30 in a clockwise direction by the inertia force is restrained. Consequently, the sensor arm 31 is engaged to a ratchet wheel 19 surely and the draw up of the belt from a retractor 100 is obstructed. |
