PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a hollow weather strip or the like without needing any auxiliary fixing means such as rivets. SOLUTION: A star plug 10 is used for coaxial insertion along a hollow hole part extended in the axial direction of a thin and long weather strip. This star plug 10 is made of a flexible material to have a thin and long cylindrical part 12 and a plurality of fins 14 protruded from the cylindrical part 12 to the outside of a radial direction. The star plug 10 has a pipe part 16 having a length corresponding to the star plug 10 and formed coaxial to the cylindrical part 12.
