Improvements to the manufacture of transparent pieces of plastic material with incorporated internal decoration, made from polycarbonate, methacrylate or PET, manufactured by injection and consisting of two transparent half-parts between which a sheet decorated on one or both sides is inserted, the next stage being to join the two half-parts together by means of ultrasonic welding, which dissolves the base plastic material, adhesive or glue. For this purpose, one of the half-pieces has, in its base, in contact with the opposite half-piece, a circumferential channel, close to the periphery, in which the solvent is introduced, if this method is used, which complements a projection of somewhat smaller dimensions located in an identical position on the opposite half-piece, it being possible for these pieces to be used as they are or to have other elements incorporated into them (adhesive or magnetic zones, fastening spikes, connections to other devices, etc.).
