PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium (CD-R) capable of being written only once in facilitating sticking and stripping a printed label seal. SOLUTION: The surface of a protective layer 15 of the CD-R 10 is controlled to have surface roughness Ra in the range of 0.01-0.20μm and surface scratching strength 150-500g. Thus, at the time of sticking and stripping the label seal 20, strippability from the surface of the protective layer 15 becomes particularly good, and hence a fear of peeling away between a recording layer and a reflecting layer is redeced. By facilitating sticking and stripping the printed label seal 20, a utilizing range of the CD-R 10 is extended. |
