The present invention is related to a skeleton frame for a steering wheel (1) with a cube (2) the rays (3) and an edge (4) made of a piece of an individual blank metal sheet (5) and provided with its final form for separation and non machined flection. The cube (2) is provided in a practical form with a cone (6) which is in front of the vehicle. The rays (3) which extend upwards and outwards are provided with unthreaded holes (7) separated cuts (8) or threaded hole (9) for joining an air bag module. A nut (11) if necessary can be forced within a separated cut (8). The cube (2) can be reinforced using two layers (10) of the material.
