摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate scheduled power regardless of the revolution of an internal combustion engine, by adopting an inductor as an alternator, and controlling the velocity of a rotating magnetic field so that the quantity of power generation of the inductor may be settled within the scheduled range with a rotating magnetic field generating means which generates the rotating magnetic field in the multiphase winding of a rotor. SOLUTION: ACG.ECU3 operates the mechanical rotational speed N1 of the rotor 1R of an alternator 1 when the operation parameters such as the number of revolutions of an engine, the electric load, etc., detected with an engine ECU4 are posted, and it computes the speed N2 of a rotating magnetic field to be generated in the three-phase winding 11 of the rotor 1R, so as to control the relative speed N to the stator 1S of the rotating magnetic field generated by the rotor 1R, so that the actual drive torque of the alternator 1 may be settled within the target drive torque range, and posts it to an electric rotating magnetic field controller 2a. The electric rotating magnetic field controller 2a electrically generates a rotating magnetic field by controlling the excitation timing of each phase of the three-phase winding 11 of the rotor 1R.</p>
