PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method of structural materials which can easily manufacture a structural material excellent in joined strength. SOLUTION: The structural material 3 having at least two joining surfaces 9 nearly faced to the material surfaces and a joining member 5 mutually jetted between the joining surfaces 9 and mutually joined between joining surface 9, are provided. An ultrasonic vibration is impressed while dipping the structural material 3 and the joining member 5 into galvanizing bath 15 to form the galvanized layer 3a on the joining surface 9 of the structural material 3 and the surface of the joining member 5. Thereafter, the joining member 5 is fitted to the joining surface 9 of the structural material 3, and the integrated structural material 3 and joining member 5 are dipped into the galvanizing bath 15. Further, the ultrasonic vibration is impressed to a part of the integrated structural material 3 and joining member 5 to join the interval between the joining surfaces 9 of the integrate material. |
