PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erase flaws and contamination which generate on the surfaces of a pre-form and a product container under a non-contact state, and provide a beautiful surface by a method wherein the pre-form for which a thermoplastic synthetic resin is molded is rapidly heat-processed to a specified temperature within a specified period of time. SOLUTION: Before a pre-form is blow-molded, the pre-form is rapidly heat- processed to a specified temperature. That is, the pre-form 1 is rotatably held by a holder 5, and transferred to a heating part 8 by a transfer device 7. While rotating the pre-form 1 by the holder 5 which rotates by a sprocket 9 accompanying the transfer, the surface of the pre-form is heated by flames 6a of burners 6 which are provided on both sides of the transfer device 7. In this case, in a short period of time such as 1.0-4.0sec, the pre-form is rapidly heat-processed to a temperature of 180-200 deg.C, and flaws 2 on the surface of the pre-form are erased. Also, contamination on the surface of the pre-form is removed by the flames 6a, and a de-electrification is performed by ions in the flames, and contamination becomes hard to stick, and the surface is finished into a glossy one. |
