PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a temperature constant and maintain machining accuracy, by absorbing heat itself from a heat generating source mounted in each part of a machine structure of punch press, laser work machine, etc., by a liquid in a tank of the machine structure, and circulating the liquid absorbing the heat. SOLUTION: This device, formed by providing a partition in a machine structure of laser work machine, punch press, etc., has tanks 1 to 8 receiving a liquid, route formed by connection the tank 1 to 8 and pipes P1 to P9, and a pump 9 mounted in the route, and the liquid in the tank 1 to 8 absorbing heat from a heat generating source 13 mounted in each part of the machine structure is circulated through the route by the pump 9. In this way, a temperature of the machine structure is kept constant and machining accuracy is maintained. |
