Electrochemical flow cell

The cell has two electrodes (3,5) arranged spaced at a mutual distance. The flow path (4a), arranged between the electrodes, is connected with an inlet or an outlet (8-11). The distance holder (4) between the electrodes is formed by an insulation layer, produced in thick layer technology, so that an area recess (4a) of the insulation layer determines the inner volume of the flow path. The electrodes are formed by the planar thick layer electrodes. The cell has an upper substrate (1) and a lower substrate (7). The cell has conductor tracks and solder tracks (2,6) arranged between the corresponding electrodes and substrates.
