<p>PURPOSE:To make a communication data coincide with time information of a recording video signal or reproducing video signal by compensating time information obtained by detecting contents of the communication data with a time information detecting means in response to a delay behind the recording video signal to be recorded to a recording medium or the reproducing video signal to be outputted from a reproducing signal processing part. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming the communication data by a communication data forming means (system control unit) 37, the time information obtained by detecting the contents of the communication data to be formed with the time information detecting means (time code detecting part) 39 is compensated in response to a delay behind the recording video signal to be recorded to the recording medium T as to the communication data to be formed by recording head parts 21A and 21B or the reproducing video signal to be outputted from the reproducing signal processing part 33. By this method, the contents of the communication data can be coincident with the time information as to the recording video signal to be actually recorded to the recording medium by the recording head parts 21A and 21B at this time or the reproducing video signal to be actually outputted from the reproducing signal processing part 33.</p> |
