The apparatus includes a lens, a viewfinder, and a control unit provided in a housing and two storage mediums. A first storage medium stores moving performances and a second storage medium stores snapshots of the moving performances. Preferably, the apparatus comprises a video camera (16) and a camera (20). The video camera and the camera can be used separately or simultaneously and both use the same lens (22,24).
