The invention relates to an oral hygiene appliance with a resilient-elastic, plastic foam - like working piece on the head of a holding piece. The aim of the invention is to avoid possible penetration by cohesing or adhesion inside the foamed material by undesired bacteria, viruses and dirt particles, as is the case in hitherto known teeth cleaning appliances with elastic foamed materials. This aim is achieved in that the working piece consists of a stamping made of closed-cell foamed material (A), for example EVA-mixed polymer foamed material, whereby the cells (B) on the wall of the stamped hole are opened by the stamping. |
