PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a moisture absorption deformation after sticking of a substrate while keeping a good adhesion by using a monomer material containing a phenoxy group as a UV ray curing agent to be used to the sticking of the substrate. SOLUTION: An aluminum reflective layer 5 as a reflective film is formed on a face 2a of a polycarbonate substrate 1a on which a preformat pattern is formed by sputtering, then an adhesive layer 3 of a UV curing resin is applied on the aluminum reflective layer 5 by a spin coating. The face 2b of the other polycarbonate substrate 1a on which the preformat pattern is formed is arranged on the adhesive layer 3 of the UV curing resin and stuck by irradiating the resin with UV ray. In the UV curing resin, phenoxyethyl acrylate, dicyclopentadienyl diacrylate, isobornyl methacrylate as the phenoxy group- containing compd., a polymerization initiator and a silane coupling agent are mixed and adjusted. |
