PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address a pixel by supplying continuous two signals with a single contact by providing a means, which is connected to a connecting means commonly connected to two detector elements composed of active photoconductive layers and detects photoconduction current each time a control voltage is applied. SOLUTION: Two active photoconductive layers D1 and D2 have different characteristics and become photoconductive when electromagnetic waves of different wavelengths are applied. The active layer D1 and D2 become photoconductive when they are respectively irradiated with wavelengths ofλ1 andλ2. In the case where a photodetector receives irradiation RZ, the active layer D2 is transparent to the wavelengthλ1. Contact layers C1 and C2 are for suppressing control voltage. A contact layer Cc is commonly provided for two detector elements composed of active photoconductive layers. The layer Cc is kept at a standard voltage to enable photocurrent generated by the detectors D1 and D2 to be detected. |
