PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash back service proper for a user. SOLUTION: Point data which is added whenever a user purchases merchandise and stored in a point data storing means 17 is compared with a prescribed value by a point data calculating means 5. When it amounts to the prescribed value, the cash back of a prescribed amount of money to the user is instructed to a coin mechanism means 6 and after then the point data of the means 17 is cleared.
